FISH of Vancouver partnered with Atlas a few months ago, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Josh, our security officer, has seamlessly become a part of our community, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. His professionalism, reliability, sound judgment, and friendly demeanor make him a valued presence among our staff, volunteers, and clients. We truly appreciate all that he does!

The services they are selling are not the services you will receive. We hired them to provide 3 patrols per night. I thought the rate was low so I checked our cameras against the times they said they were here, but they weren't. The report was falsified and I fired them. Talking to a former guard that worked there, but now works for our new company, I was advised they have way too many accounts and not enough guards to service them, so they do what they can and hope no one notices. As a person that used them, check your access control records and cameras to confirm you're getting what you're paying for, because if I wasn't, I'm probably not the only one.

I had a really good experience with Atlas tonight! They recently started security at my property and there was an incident with someone banging on windows & screaming outside and so I felt prompted to call. The dispatcher was super friendly, the officer actually called me and asked if I wanted an update, and they overall did a thorough job. Thank you Atlas 🙂

This evening I had an incredibly disappointing interaction parking in my building this evening. Once we reached the middle of the secured level a guard rolled down her window and waved us by. We proceeded to drive by when she yelled stop and pointed for me to roll my window down. I nervously complied, concerned there was a dangerous situation she was addressing further down and my partner and I did not want to been in the way of doing her job. I was absolutely shocked when she yelled "Hey! Due to the security of this building YOU CANNOT piggy back through the gate!" And while I am thankful for her pointing this out as this is the policy, and there is a sign, her behavior in doing so was absolutely abhorrent. This resulted in a panic and incredibly hostile encounter. We did not give any reason for her to have treated us in such a horrid way. And frankly we were more than happy to provide any information needed to verify our residency or to go back and wait for the gate to close and use our pass to get through the gate. Additionally, we would have completely understood if she needed to follow us back and ensure we were residents and allowed access to this section. Ultimately, we were in the wrong. I appreciate her concern as we have had multiple break ins at our building, however I am not a child to be screamed at, I am an individual to be communicated with. As someone who has been trained extensively in de-escalation techniques, I know that not only would this have NEVER helped to deescalate the situation, it is also absolutely not the way anyone should be treated. Not only was her behavior disgusting but she also failed to ensure we were even residents. It would have cost her nothing to talk to us in a firm tone at a bare minimum. It would've cost her nothing to be kind and ask us to verify we live here. It not only would have only improved our experience as residents here, but the safety of the situation would have been completely verified. Fulfilling both customer and business needs, and doing her job. So to recap, she treated two residents in a completely unnecessary way, and did not actually do her job. This was a complete disappointment and frankly a complete waste of everyone's time.

I’m not often given an opportunity to do a 360 on a review but today I’m definitely going to do that. I am changing my review from one star to five stars. I can’t even tell you how quickly James reached out to me and helped me through the fundamentals of phone answering and Logistics of dealing with issues with neighbors and. their sometimes crazy behavior. I feel 💯 % confident this is the right company for the job. I will also offer an apology for being a bit preemptive on posting so quickly. James was also able to offer an opportunity for resolution or at least a table to try see each side and possible peace.

Regardless of that outcome I feel safer knowing they are out there and available. Definitely call them if they are part of your service and you need help.

Next—-I want to give a huge shout out to Zach. He is a security guy that works for this company and he’s amazing. He looks after people -he’s available -he makes you feel protected and I couldn’t say enough amazing things about the security officer.

New name, New bells and whistles but the money probably would have been better spent on more staff and training. Every time I call I'm told they can't find the bass I'm clearly hearing and I'm fairly certain they don't even walk up the stairs to listen from where I'm at and this is about once a week or so. New name same old Ineffective ways.

This security company is some of the worst in Potland, they don't keep up on unsecured locations. When there done for the day there done for the day, no answer the phone or nothing.
