It's unfortunate that they are swearing in under oath saying that they delivered a summons when in fact they didn't even come on the property. Make sure you guys have cameras, it will really save you!

Spoke with Jack Johnson about a smalls claims case, and received great advice on what to do, even suggesting that other avenues may be better for me rather than going with his firm, just in my specific case. Would definitely recommend this company

Been getting calls from this company trying to tell me they are collecting on a "complaint". Won't give any identifying information on this complaint or what it's for. They follow none of the guidelines under Fair Debt Collection laws, and I haven't recieved anything in the mail, as required by law. They gave me a number to another company, which they won't name, then a "case number". Doing a google search, the number given comes back with JP and associates, with which many complaints have been filed as they have tried to collect on bogus collections that never existed. They try to seem very convincing on the phone, don't give any personal information!
