I was very pleased with the quality of the services and value provided. The project involved modifying a built-in entertainment cabinet to fit a 65" TV and hanging the TV on a heavy mount on a newly constructed wall within the modified cabinet. I needed a firm that was expert in carpentry, remodeling, and electronics hookup. I was very lucky to have found Astro Services LLC. Albert was able to remotely understand the nature of the somewhat complex project (using my cellphone as a camera), provide me with a firm quote, and have the entire project completed within a couple of weeks, with only two days of onsite work.

Albert came out and fixed our very complex camera system that another company did not finish installing. It was a big mess from the pervious company that installed, but Albert got everything up and working properly. He was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and did a fantastic job! I own a spa in Alexandria and we wanted to get in-ceiling speakers in stalled for our music since we have extremely noisy upstairs neighbors. Called Astro to install a TV and some outdoor speakers. Everything from the time I booked the appointment all the way to installation was very professional. No more wires! The new TV looks amazing and now I also now have great sound outdoors. Alberto was a pleasure work with. I recommend him to everyone looking to update their home entertainment system.

BEWARE Astro Services ripped us off! Our home theatre projector stopped working just after the 1 year warranty period expired and we found out about this company from doing a google search. The reviews were good so we decided to call them to repair the projector. The service guy charged my husband $280 and told him he can’t fix the projector! What a rip off! When he couldn’t fix the projector, he should not have charged so much! We gave the projector to another service shop and got it fixed for $360 more. So in total we ended up paying $640 for repairing the projector. I am so dissatisfied and frustrated. Do NOT get any electronic repaired from Astro Services. They will rip you off too!
