DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. SEEK OPINIONS FROM OTHER DR’s OUTSIDE THIS HOSPITAL! That’s what saved my life. I was dealing with very serious pain that was due to Leukemia “blood cancer” at the time I went to the hospital I had no idea what was wrong with me. I went to this hospital several different times over the course of 3-6months in vital need of pain relief. One night when I showed up crying due to excruciating pain there was this female nurse that treated me as a drug addict. She first asked me if I was on drugs and then she kept telling me over and over “if you keep doing that stuff it’s not going to stop and you’ll be coming back again” she was referring me to a drug rehabilitation center. THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL TO GO TO. After going through that with that female nurse the next time I needed help I went to Memorial in yakima and that same night I was transported to Seattle Childrens Hospital where I found out I had cancer.

Emergency room staff are incredibly helpful & kind. Yes it took a long time to be seen, that's no different than any ER based on why you're there/your assessment, but the difference here is that we felt our concerns were addressed, we were treated well, proper tests were given & the staff were all professionals, unlike any experience we've had at memorial.

If you have to go to an ER, this is definitely the place you want to go to. The staff there were awesome! Robyn was the ER nurse on days when I was there. She was caring, professional and efficient. The Nurse Practitioner and her student were also very caring, competent and professional. Unfortunately, my condition required surgery and they didn't have a surgeon that day so, I had to be transferred to another facility. I definitely highly recommend this small community hospital and wouldn't hesitate to return there.

Honestly such a horrible experience. I was waiting in the waiting room for about 3 hours just to be seen by the doctor for 5 minutes and be released. I came in with a horrible cough, chest pain, and a migraine. Mind you I’m 5 months pregnant, the doctor didn’t even really look at me much other than listen to my lungs and look at my tonsils, all he said was I had bronchitis. He didn’t ask me how the baby was or anything, he didn’t bother to check on baby either, and when I asked if baby would be okay he completely ignored my question. He wasn’t wearing his mask and also proceeded to tell me I didn’t need to wear mine, even after he just finished telling me I had bronchitis which is contagious. Such a horrible experience and I will not be back.

This place sucks really bad. My mom was admitted on Wednesday/ Thursday around midnight of last week today marks Tuesday and she is still in. They had told her she was going to be here for 2-3 days and get surgery. She has now been here nearly a week and no surgery. The surgeon keeps making up excuses such she was vacation so couldn’t come until Monday then Monday came she didn’t show up either for no reason and on Tuesday out of the blue she suddenly has the stomach flu. What kind of hospital has only one surgeon? This is rediculous. My mom is becoming really upset and anxious. I don’t like to see my mom like this and I’m most certain that the surgeon wouldn’t either. This has been the worst experience physically and mentally for my mom. I would not recommend to bring your children or your parents here.

Took my mom in to get checked out for an infection in her body. While she was being treated, a staff member entered the room she was in and was really rude to her and told her to go wait in the waiting room. My mom was still naked at the time and the staff member didnt even bother to help her get dressed. She just threw her clothes on the floor and left.
She was a slim hispanic woman. This isnt the kind of service anyone should receive especially the elderly. I hope noone else ever experiences this and I hope that the administrator reads this and fires her!

Every time I come here they just try and treat me with pain meds in which I declined seeing how the last two times were for breathing problems!! I'm in here today because I can hardly walk and the pain is inscrutable and they took no X-rays nothing just came in and poked me around with their fingers and said I don't think to much is wrong we'll give you pain meds and muscle relaxers and some crutches in which I did accept this time!! I will say when I was there for the breathing problems the guy doing my breathing treatments did an awesome job!!

This place is horrible told them I have been exposed to Covid and the person that I live with testers positive and they said oh your gonna have to go to a clinic to get tested. When my grandmother and five other people ahead of me just got Tested for Covid. They will have you wait in the waiting room for three hours only to be seen for five minutes and sent back out. They DO NOT do anything to help you. They lie also this lady came in and asked if there’s anybody in the waiting room for Covid cuz of her newborn and the worker just says oh no there isn’t .. oh rewlly is that why there’s me plus six others trying to be seen for it. They’d rather help somebody with a scratch then somebody will something actually wrong with them
