God bless Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein and his team. My car was towed and the Department of Finance made me come down numerous times. Each time they found something else wrong. Each time they needed something else that they hadn't mentioned before. I was there yesterday and all they told me was, "Something is wrong with documentation that Honda sent. We're waiting for them to send the right documentation." They refused to tell me what the issue was or who I can contact. They were very nasty me. I sent an email to the manager since she didn't want to talk to me, asking for an update or who I can contact to find out more. After sending me a polite email, she came over to me and nastily told me that if I send her one more email, she'll have me escorted out of the office. An acquaintance suggested I call Assemblyman Eichenstein's office. They were beyond helpful. If not for them it would have taken another week or two to get my car back. I was literally gonna call my manager and say that I need to take at least a week off to get my car back. A representative from Eichenstein's team was able to find out which documents I needed and have it cleared in a timely manner. The representative at the Dept of Finance that helped me finish and pay had to do it behind her manager's back. Bh we left with our car that day shortly before the pound closed. Thank you Assemblyman Eichenstein and Team for exceptional community service!
