I appreciate the peaceful feeling outside the building, it makes getting fresh air a good experience, as well as walking in and out of the building for work or class, or just being outside in general. The variety of breakfast burritos at the market downstairs also taste great. The walls are insulated very well and I never hear my neighbors talking, etc, which as someone sensitive to noise, I appreciate a lot. The view is great and parking is easy. The space within the units feels very fair for the price, in comparison to what other places offer in this present economy.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the way noise issues are handled here. My neighbors frequently blast music during the day, making it nearly impossible to relax or focus in my own home. Despite repeated complaints to management, I was told they “can’t do anything about it until 10 PM.”

This policy is inconsiderate to those of us who need peace and quiet to work or sleep early. Not everyone keeps the same schedule, and a basic level of respect for noise control during the day should be expected in any community.

If you value a peaceful living environment and responsive management, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS LEASE TO END ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!

If you have a head on that strong neck of yours, you wont live here. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE! Im typing this sitting in this yucky, loud, stinky, falling apart little apartment absolutely counting the days until my lease ends. I have lived in both the tower and north hall so I know what its like, trust me on this. Here is why it sucks. It is always disgusting, they take out the trash maybe once every two weeks because the hall starts to wreak of rot and trash. They barely clean it and when they do its on request and its rarely past the bare minimum. someone peed in the hallway and it didnt get cleaned up until the next day. The laundry machines are almost always broken, when they manage to actually keep them on they dont fully wash your clothes and then you have to spend another 2 bucks just to have your clothes dry. People get upset if you leave your laundry in the machines and Ive heard cases of people's clothes ending up in the trash because of the impatient bottom of the barrel people that live here. Recently someone opened my IN USE laundry machines purely because they were upset that they were in use. Like thats the level of incompetence here. There is no enforcement on noise, they just let dogs bark and bark, Ive had a friend call multiple noise complaints on his neighbor who would have loud and vigorous sleepovers’ until 2 am if your picking up what im putting down. The tower's elevators are broken at least once a month, and don't even think about getting warm water there. If its fall/winter, you're not getting warm water unless you leave your shower on for two hours, then you can take a lukewarm shower! There are no amenities, they provide a kitchen area on every floor (By that I mean a microwave and maybe a sink) you have to do your dishes in the bathroom sink in the tower and in the single rooms. The double rooms have just a sink. It sucks because you start spending bank on doordash and premade meals. Speaking of food, the vending machines are stocked often but are broken half the time. They will eat your money. If you are truly wanting to move in with a roommate, get an apartment. I promise you the 1,600 is so much more worth it in an actual apartment. There is almost never anyone at the North hall desk anymore, and depending on your attitude they will charge you if you get locked out of your room. There actually is a 50$ charge after 12:00 am. BUT, one time I was in a bad mood and i dont think the girl I asked to let me in liked that so she told me that this time would be free but next time past 8:00 pm theres a 25$ fee. This is a lie. I don't know where she pulled those numbers from, nowhere sanitary, thats for sure. The location is awful. Its flooded with tourists for the stupid exhibit. Dont buy the exhibit either I spent that 30 dollars expecting it to be worth it. Its a dollar a minute experience. Thats all im gonna say. But the dumb people (Not you or I because your smart for reading this good job) apparently dont like to listen because they park in the assembly permitted parking. My boyfriends car had an attempted break in in assembly’s lot itself, and the dirt lot across the way his catalytic converter got robbed off his car. There was a homeless camp fire that I could literally see from my window one time, there's random drug addicts hanging around, and the traffic is AWFUL Really bad location. One day there was a literal gaping hole in the ceiling that was pouring water. And it sat there for hours in my hallway with no one fixing it. They also do this weird fire inspection thing where they will send a text out about maintenance coming to your room but there is no given time so they just knock and come in. That just seems wrong to me. It doesn't seem hard to schedule a floor by floor deal. The people here are also really mean, probably because of their situation so I get it. Its just not a friendly environment, it is very closed off and nobody leaves their rooms. Theres a character limit and I was going to say some good things but its not even worth it, hope that this helps.

Great and affordable student community! Many, many amenities for studying and gathering and fun events that are organized for students to participate in. Onsite Vegan Van is GREAT for meals / shopping. Appreciated the AMAZING staff - very helpful and always friendly and accommodating!! Living spaces are well designed and the views are spectacular in main tower!!

Assembly is much more than just student living!

I recently signed my 3rd lease after 2 years of living here. This residence is a community of happy, social and caring tenants and employees.

The complex is located in a safe and convenient location, with easy highway access, nearby stores and universities. Key fob entry into the building and units is a plus!

The staff are always available to help you receive packages, answer questions and host a plethora of events to engage residents weekly.

Plenty of parking, very responsive maintenance crew, and clean upkeep to the premises. Outdoor seating is refreshing when it’s warm.

The affordable rent not only gives you a spacious and comfortable living space, but also comes with 24/7 access to common areas, study rooms, and a gym.

The laundry room allows you to get multiple loads in at once so you can cut down on valuable laundry time, and the in-house market comes in handy when you need a quick healthy snack.

Overall, this is a fantastic place for young college students looking to move in to their first apartment.

I highly recommend you take a tour and snag a unit when you can because they are in high demand!

Student dorm rooms in the colorfully painted high rise next to a children’s museum. It is said to be Elvis’s favorite venue to perform at in Denver when it was a hotel and the event space. The lobby smells like a public toilet.

I recently moved out because I graduated college but my time at The Assembly was great. The events were fun and welcoming and the unit was a great price for the location! Overall I would have stayed longer if I didn’t graduate! The leasing manager Natasha was kind and helpful and management overall was very easy to work with. I felt very safe living here and would recommend it to anyone interested.
