This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping for furniture (which I do not like doing)! But I am so thankful for Tina, the store manager! She was not only patient and friendly, but she was super supportive and very attentive to my needs! She not only helped pick the perfect sofa, she also took the time to reconfigure it (in the store!) to help me envision what it would look like in the space in my apartment! It’s rare to find awesome customer service like this nowadays, but I’m certainly glad that I went to the right place at the right time! If you’re looking to purchase furniture soon, I would definitely recommend you go see Tina at Ashley Store in East Chase! You can thank me later!

I went in looking for some furniture for my apartment. I typical don’t ask for help but Toni welcomed me into the store and was on point from the time I walked in to the time I left. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was able to point me in the right direction. I told him what look I was going for with my decor, and he put a set together that was amazing. He definitely has good taste and a good eye for design! He made recommendations and put colors together that really made the design I had in my head pop! For anyone looking for the guy it’s definitely TONI! Thank you bro I know you’ll do great things!

Had a great experience at Ashley’s. Andrew was extremely helpful in making my shopping experience a delight. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I got the bedroom chair and the dining room chairs I wanted. April was a delight to work with also. Very friendly and helpful. Living in a world where now, it’s rare to find friendly, great customer service Andrew and Ashley were a breath of fresh air. This was a great Ashley experience.
