Unloaded in the front.."live unload"...Check in is off of cypress st in the back of plant. I got a dok and immediately they started unloading. Slide axles and unhook red air line. Unloading took 15 ! Looks like there is overnight parking at check in to the left of parking lot.

Overall great experience little tricky roads getting here careful of gps directions. Unloaded promptly fast. Friendly staff desk personnel.

Rude black lady in office. She treated me like dirt. Very slow. Almost 3h waited in door for start loading. I read old reviews and maybe many years ago was nice and fast here. Now it's terrible.
I feel like I'm picking up the load in a communist state, not a republican one.

Came here to pick up & the staff is friendly & polite but the load time is horrible ! Bring breakfast lunch & possibly dinner before arrival ..... I was here for a little over 4 hours ..... Two good things they do load you pretty damn good & California legal ..... The other is they have a scale on premises ...... It doesn't weigh axel by axel but you can figure out the math .....

Loaded in less than an hour. Get to shipping from south side of building from Azalea St, go north and is on right. That’s the truck route. No overnight parking.
