Stay away from this company. We had the shell based pavers installed on our covered patio and also around our pool and outdoor patio.
All have some discoloration but the ones under roof have gotten so discolored they look like an ugly checkerboard. A salesman came and tried cleaning with muriatic acid which did nothing.
I have tried to get some replacement or reimbursement but they insist this is either normal or it's my fault. AZROC inspected and thought they agree they are ugly and discolored they have no power to enforce beyond the installation practice. A second party called Pegasus Pool installed the pavers and while they are at least communicating no action has been taken to resolve this.

I have never had a worse experience with a company. We purchased pavers from them only to wait 6 mo. plus for delivery. After they were installed they looked good for a minute but quickly started to stain and discolor. Within 6 months a huge percentage of the pavers had already cracked. We spoke with our installers and they had someone out to confirm if it was a warranty issue. They confirmed that our pavers were malfunctioning and likely a bad batch. The company was informed of this and took months to agree to replace the pavers. They would not however pay for demo and install which of course is the majority of the cost. Our pool company fought with them for months on this point as it’s standard for them to pay for demo and install when it’s their products fault. Long story short, they agreed to replace pavers and pay $2000. After literally a year of fighting they replaced the pavers but have never sent a dime of the $2000 we were owed. Worst company ever and horrible to deal with.

Be-aware. This company is involved in doing fradulent actvities by selling used and defective pavers. We ordered 3000 Sq ft of Tan - Atlantic series Pavers. Pavers they delivered were flawed at the time of shipment. Used, worn out, dirty, rings, brown ugly shells on them. We immediate informed them and returned the ugly and defective product. They send their agent to clear the product with extremely strong Muriatic Acid - commercial grade which ruined the finishing of the product and cause other damages. After consulting and getting legal help. They were able to return the defective product.

However, the owner is an unethical guy and charged out 1600 shipping fees for delivering back product. He then promose to give us a product called cool white - he promised that the product will be new and without any issues. As soon as you expose the product to sun light and water. all the shells in them turn UGLY BROW SHELLS, dark patches, spots all over, trap moisture, every single on of them.

owner came to our house and lied to us that there is nothing wrong with these pavers. He came multiple times to clean the deck with STRONG CHEMICALS using muriatic acid. please see attached pictures and how it looks. feel free to contact me to get more details

I have had a wonderful experience with Artistic Pavers. We installed a 24 x 24 desert lock pavers on our back pool patio. The local sales rep Kevin was so helpful and has been out to our property three times now, and is a wealth of knowledge on the pavers and their installation. It is true that the pavers have a different installation method, became they aren’t porous like other concrete products. This requires some discussion with your installer. It is also true that initially there was more delay than I would have ideally liked with the delivery of the pavers. We had initially been told our size/shape would be produced in December but they actually were not produced until March. However all good things are worth the wait. I priced out many large format tiles, and these are such a competitive product. they have movement and a little bit of pattern, almost like a Terrazzo, which is so superior to poured concrete or a traditional precast concrete (like Belgard) product. These are still in the installation process, and haven’t had the sand applied between the joints, or the final acid wash which will lighten them up a touch. For the record this is the sand color.

Please do not use this company. Not quality products that fail within a year of install and they do not stand behind their products so when they fail you are just out of luck.

Very poor customer service! We have these pavers around our pool and love them. We put in an order to add to them and was told they will be making them in 6 mos. We waited and waited for over a year, I had to initiate all the communication or else I would never hear from CS. Emailing back and forth and still no pavers...very frustrating because now we need to find a different paver to try and match.

Our experience with Artistic has been very bad. We selected this product for the clean and modern appearance. The product we received is prone to reacting poorly to moisture and will retain a stain that looks like a dirty foot print on the paver. The representative Nick had suggested that the company would replace some of the worst ones but then Wes backed away from that offer. Our landscape company will not help us as they believe the problem is with the product and they claim they are not responsible for that. Buyer beware.
