I wait only like 1.5 hrs for any hose here and there’s never actual management. Company is not the same just a bunch of esop owners filing people out before they can have their shares. Place is a sham to work for. Prices suck go to pacific plumbing is you need plumbing to be done. The brass here isn’t for potable water incase all you contractors buying for that purpose don’t know

Highly recommend! Fast and excellent customer service!
The rubber hose on my van was dry rotted and leaking. I got the new hose from them for 50% CHEAPER than online prices from other sellers AND didn’t have to wait for shipping!

Ordered a sheet of UHMW. They said it was in stock in anchorage, and it would be here in less than a week. I show up at the store a week later and it hadn’t shipped. Okay, no worries… when can i expect it? Friday after 2pm they say…

…today is friday, and here i am at the store. Just found out they failed to ship it AGAIN. So maybe next friday, they tell me.

I doubt it. Never purchasing another thing from this vendor.

Very disappointing. I had four things to order, fuel hose for an experimental aircraft, fuel hose for a 46 Dodge that is also in the project phase, brake lines and rubber flooring. I handed a list of hoses needed that detailed out for the airplane and another list for the truck. The guy behind the counter said that he would not make parts for an aircraft. I explained that it was an experimental aircraft (homebuilt) but he did not seem to understand the difference. I asked about the hoses for the truck and he refused because I also had an airplane project. So beware they will not sell to you if you own an aircraft. I came here to Shop Local and it was a wasted trip.
