Alan is a great guy. Smart, detail oriented, goes above and beyond, and does great work at a reasonable price. Was able to replace my B6 Avant's wheel bearing on short notice, and made things right when a bolt backed out after the first job. He even diagnosed and fixed my shifter alignment. I bought an E46 M3, which Alan did the rod bearings on 3,000 miles ago and it blew up ten days later. Asked him if he would stand behind his work and he said no. Can't say I'd recommend ARD or the work they do.

Great shop. Would recommend to anyone looking for a custom shop to get work done at a very reasonable price. Service you can trust and an owner who honors his work. Allen has gone above and beyond to help me solve a misfire headache on my car. Aside from a grocery list of other things he has worked on for me on my A6, he has been solid and professional every-time with honest feedback and recommendations. Would 10 out of 10 recommend.
