Getting billed $200 a month for a landline because they claimed they had partial connectivity but I didn't have cell, data, or internet during the fiber cut. They also repeatedly doconnected my aapas phones when he was alive for 3 years straight because everytime he went in to put his phone on autopay, THEY NEVER DID. They made him go in several times a year for several years to fill out the SAME FORM to reconnect and put him on autopay and just kept making money offof him.

May 29, 2019..Wed. ASTAC, as you know is another telephone company in Alaska, besides GCI..As cell phone users, we all have our preferences in our lives, considering "how well" the services are..I myself think that "how we use our devices" is how the out-come is for that person..?
