I was getting custom metal pieces from this shop for about two months for my business out of about 10 to 15 orders 4 Were made the wrong size the last time they made the wrong size I complained and said I’m not gonna purchase from them anymore asked for a refund instead of a replacement for the piece that was made the wrong side I was promised to get the refund if I bring back materials, and after I brought back the material, they literally started ignoring me and never refunded me to dispute the charge my bank
