Rented an electric stairs climbing dolly to move a safe, and what a rebuilt, missing parts/covers POS. The climbing legs wouldn't hold traction on the steps. The employees were great, otherwise they would get one star. When it's old junk retire it.

I wish I could share the same results as others in review of my recent rental. Building a fence, I rented a two man post hole digger for a small fence project. While the unit started easily, it ran poorly. The belt would slip and was not adjusted well at all. Motor would race, no auger would turn unless the unit was shaken impacting a straight hole. I shared feedback with the front desk who immediately stated the dirt was hard, without knowing anything about my project. No, the dirt was not hard. If it was, the unit would try and spin the two operators holding the unit. We never budged, standing in the same place. I rented from them due to proximity, though I'll likely think twice before considering it again. The young man in the yard was definitely more helpful and concerned ...

We have rented from Arapahoe Rentals for the past 5 years. They are our go to rental company in the area and always go above and beyond to help us out. Their equipment is always clean and ready to go when we get there so we don't have to sit around and wait to be loaded. Our direct contact Shannon has always gone above and beyond to help us out and keep our jobs going when we need a piece of equipment or tool we don't have. The manager Jake has always been very welcoming when we come in to the Windsor location as well. You can tell he works hard to keep the shop running smoothly.

I picked up a aerator and a power rake the young men ben was professional at explaining how to operate the equipment machines worked well you can tell they keep there machines in good working condition the one pull and the machines start right up fantastic work guys
