I’m so disappointed right now. I was supposed to have my washer and dryer installed today. The installer snapped off the water valve and is blaming the builder for the water valve snapping off.

This is a brand new house! Moved in on December 6, 2024 everything is brand new and warrantied and inspections done, final walkthrough everything. My W&D were completely fine before the installers came.

I called and spoke with John he said it’s on me to get it fixed. Asked to speak with his manager Kasey the online sales manager. She too refused to fix it and said at best they’d pay half the bill from the plumber but it needs to be submitted and that if it were over $500 or more she wouldn’t be paying it or submitting it to claims?

Regardless my W&D was perfectly fine before they came. I have the proof from my final walkthrough inspection. So, now the builder and AF are pointing fingers and no one wants to provide a resolution. I’ve got a snapped off water valve and water damage to my baseboard.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. You’d be better off paying extra to go with Home Depot or Best Buy at least they’re willing to own up to their mistake and make it better. Included photos as well of the damage.

What’s rich is I asked to speak with Kasey’s manager she wouldn’t provide this information, not the information for the installers manager, nor would she provide the information for the district manager either. Unbelievable. I did request the order be cancelled and they take back their merchandise and give me back my old appliances. I’ve yet to receive a refund but paid $3,126.90 for a LG washer and Dryer, washer pedestal and a storage pedestal. Unhappy and irritated at this entire process as I can’t wash or dry my clothes without a functional washing machine!

From walking into the store for the first time to my purchase being delivered, I had a wonderful experience. Right when I got in the door, there was a salesperson to greet me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and walked me in the right direction.
The delivery men were respectful, timely courteous, and responsible.

Great customer service. We bought from the used section. We got a great deal on a scratch and dent new frig. The guy that checked us out was awesome, Ben in the parts department. He was very knowledgeable friendly and once we decided what we wanted... check out was smooth and quick. Thank You

David, in the warehouse office was super helpful and very knowledgeable when ordering my W/D. Daniel & Enderson delivered. Daniel was precise, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He knew what he was doing and was very mindful to not damage my property or new appliances. He acted as if he was installing for his own family. Highly recommend AFMK!

I have had to replace my Washing Machine and Dish Washer in our rental property, both within a month of each other. I started by chatting online with John and was able to get recommendations quickly and painlessly. A day after our dishwasher was installed, our tenant called saying there was water leaking from under the dishwasher. I reached out to them again via chat and received a response within 5 minutes saying they would check with the install manager on getting someone out. I received a call within 15 minutes from Rob(?), and Collin was out to my property within 2 hours of my initial contact to check on the installation (which ended up not being the problem, and was done properly). These guys have been great to work with, very responsive and courteous. I will use them again in the future!

We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Staff was much more knowledgeable than the people we spoke with at Home Depot.
