Be ready to wait. Check in and out is on a kiosk at the scales. Checked in 14:11 for a 15:00 live load appointment. Map is texted to you and shows where to park for live load staging, signs are also on the property to take you there. Texts are how you also receive door assignment and are notified when loading is complete and can pull out of the door.

Door assigned at 16:22, in the door at 16:32 after waiting for the door to be empty. Loading started about 16:45 and finished at 17:24. After securing the load and waiting in a long line for the scale, departed at 18:00. Scales are accurate, just know they just about load you to your max weight. You receive bills at the gate after you accept the weight and destination. Didn’t have any issues getting my weights legal but did see at least one driver come back to reworked which only cost him about 15-30 minutes.

Overall not bad, just have to sit and wait for a door. After that it moves fairly quickly.

Hope my review will help some of my truck drivers out there the screenshot I posted that’s the entrance and pull up to the scale open your doors and there’s a screen where you gonna check in and they will text you directions where to go super easy to find docks. Don’t know about overnight parking or restrooms and once you got loaded exit same way pull up to the scale check your weight and signed out at the screen and someone will come out to put the seal and give you papers glad I have a spread axle trailer This is for live load idk what the process or hook and drop.

Come with full tank. Electronic check in and out is done. Slid tandems. Will take u early but you'll wait. 2-3 hrs loading time. Will weigh in and out.

Arrived 3 hours before our appointment and was immediately put in a door. Large clean facilities with plenty of space and clear instructions. The staff was very polite. Our live load was complete within an hour.

Update: Today was a Sunday and eventhough we arrived an hour before our appointment, we waited for a door about 35 minutes. Once in the door, it took about 2 hours to load.

I guess load times vary from day to day?

There are 3 poorly maintained porta potty's near the lower numbered doors and 1 by the scales.

yes they are true worst place to pick up a load,
I been here 3 times, as a company driver have no choice but come here. This last time it took them 5 hours to load me, went to the scale to find out I am over axle. They loaded all product on the nose, left 18’ empty at tail, I moved my axle all way to front still 700pounds over.
Previous time it took them 12 hours to load me, product not ready is not up to me bla bla bla…. you know how shippers are. So if you are coming here appointment means nothing. take a shower get your truck stop food and Netflix cause you are going to be here all day

One hour to get in & One hour to get out.
One hour to get loaded, total of 3 hours waisted.

Super slow and, very incompetent service…

E-log keeps running while I’m waiting for checking in and out for 2 hours.

-Customer remember that we have e-logs now, and you’re waisting our time=money at the entrance of your facility.

One star only because of the well-mannered security guard. Other than that it took over 3 hours to get in and get loaded plus another 2 hours to get re-worked due to being over weight by 1,000 lbs and then another 30-45 minutes scaling and getting the tandems to exactly the right spot. They make sure you’re as close to gross max weight as possible. And they weight the truck with you not in it so take that into consideration as well. Be prepared to reschedule your delivery appointment

A very nice facility for drop and hooks. 3 check in lanes and 2 check out lanes, so I'm always in and out quickly. Huge drop yard with lots of room to back into a spot, and loaded trailers are relatively close by. Would give them 5 stars but when you check in with an empty trailer they'll scale your truck and trailer, then have you drop the trailer and go out the bypass lane and check in again to scale just the tractor weight. Other than that a nice place to pickup from.
