Where to begin. Lets start off by saying that if I could give this review no stars, I would. Our company ordered a brand new Freightliner through our local dealer and they set up the tank with Amthor with the promise of having our truck delivered in a few short months. The entire process was nothing short of frustrating and painful. Between the lack of communication from Amthor, overdue deadlines, and them completely ignoring our calls and emails this was only the start of our issues. We received progress photos rarely of the tank and when we did receive them, there was always an issue or something was incorrectly installed on the new tank, thus pushing that already overdue deadline even further. Many of the errors they made could have warranted us a DOT fine. Amthors communication with us was unprofessional and when they did communicate, it was constantly nasty and rude, as if they could not be bothered. Upon finally receiving the truck after months of issued and broken promises, it arrived with all of our inspection papers and certificated soaked and covered in mold. If you want a tank done professionally, and in a timely manner take your business anywhere but here. We highly recommend Bick&Heintz. If any potential customers of Amthor have any questions , feel free to give Brosseau Fuels a call.

I recently attend the Eastern Energy Expo and talked with Brian about a truck I needed a part for. He had me contact Vicky to help get it sorted all out. With her help and suggestions I was able to find the information on my specific tank in order to get the data plate back on my truck.
I would reccomend Amthor International just soley on the great customer service I have recieved. when it is time to order a new truck I will keep Amthor in mind!

As a child I would see their mud flaps on the tank trucks going into Disney world and even in our local town. Since then, our experience with Amthor International has grown into both business and personal relationships. Always receiving excellent care and service from the staff and Brian.

From working with them on projects for our local community, to even purchasing and recommending their vehicles to our clients using tank trucks.
