Friendly and helpful staff. Very quick to load and unload when the product is available.

Be sure to check in with the front office before backing in.

Another company runs a production facility onsite. Sometimes they don't have the product made in time, so long waits may result.

Older facility and very busy. Lots of forklift and pedestrian traffic on the street. May be difficult for inexperienced drivers to back into some of the docks.

Can park overnight, but be sure to ask where so you don't get woken up.

Convenience store across the street. Restaurants a couple blocks away, if needed.

It's not so bad place to make commercial delivery on semi truck. If you heading on WA-539 turn on Main st. toward downtown. Keep driving slowly, 25 - 35 mph through residential areas toward "1st St." I recommend use left turn on"1st St." instead of "2and St." Make tough left turns on "1st. St" and "Drayton st." Tru to park your truck as close as possible to curb because a lot of trucks deliver products to neighbor company "Darigold." Stay in your truck and make a call to office. Office staff very friendly and quick response. There are several warehouse buildings and make sure you completely understand where to go. I recomend to step out and double check dock which you direct. A lot of forklift drivers on the road so drive slowly, especially with backing. Portable toilet located between two warehouses and in decent condition, even company provides regular cleaning. Kind of limit space for backing, so move slowly. Load and unload, staff do pretty well but do not expect much smile and happiness.

Best Americold I've been to. They had me in a door and started loading me shortly after. Since I had picked up earlier, the loader verified what weight I already had on to make sure I wasn't overloaded. A very friendly facility.

Friendly people.good loaders but I was there 3 hours to get a load. Hardly any parking at all. Old place. But hey they got lots of snacks on the office n coffee.
