I recently had the pleasure of working with this company for the production of a large international academic surgical symposium and could not be more impressed or satisfied with the exceptional service far exceeding my expectations. From the initial connection and throughout the execution of the event, the team demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and superior technical expertise throughout the course of the entire symposium spanning through two days of surgical presentations and including live streaming international speakers. They took time to thoroughly evaluate and accommodate each needs and remained agile to adapt to quickly requested production changes and support. The team offered innovative solutions and delivered a flawless production. It's evident they abide by their mission and take great pride in ensuring outstanding results and an easy experience for their customers. American Technology Rentals did a fantastic job in helping supply our Grand Opening event with not only what we requested of them but also over-the-top customer service. Zac is always willing to serve and no matter how many times we changed our plans on him, he was always there to help find quick solutions to any issues that came up. These guys did a great job with bringing such a great event to life with their technology. The screen was so vivid and just set our event apart from any other event that we have had before. I had the most awesome experience working with American Technology Rentals on an event I held in Charleston, WV in late April 2021. Zach and Jarrett were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my every AV need. They brainstormed with me and made suggestions that made my event better. And they worked with me to stay within my budget. And a bonus....they were just so dang pleasant to work with and made the AV work "behind the scenes" a lot more fun. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again next time my work takes me to West Virginia. Exceptional service! From start to finish, our experience with ATR was outstanding. Zac and Tyler, in particular, were wonderful to work with.
