Rented staging to change a ceiling fan in my home. I picked it up on Friday. I had to pay for entire week. Set the staging up on Saturday. One piece of staging had a bent leg. So I could not use one entire section. I had to use a step ladder on the staging to reach the fan.
When I brought the staging back on Thursday. They would not credit me for the one section because I had the staging for the whole week.

I rarely post reviews however this is an exception:

The worst counter service I have ever encountered.

Attitude before I approached the counter telling me “In a minute” with that recognizable “tone” like he wasn’t having a good day.

Finally able to ask if they had a product for me to buy (which stated on their website was in stock).

Response I got: “No”

Asked if they had an alternate product for me to buy (which also stated in stock on their website).

Response I got: “No”

After an awkward few seconds of silence I prompt the conversation if they plan to have any soon.

Response I got: “4-6 weeks”.

He made it clear I was interfering with his day or he wasn’t happy to be there so I didn’t bother to ask about another product, wished him a good day and left.

We all know what type of professional courtesy is expected to a customer.

these guys are awesome, super helpful and always ready to offer ideas on how to get the job done easier and faster. We have purchased so many different items from them, and I am always surprised how they seem to know what I need and when I need it. Signed up for the scaffold class or cert. Very kind staff. Very knowledgeable. The class was very detailed and right to the point. Love it. I felt confident during the actual exam part. If you pay attention you wont have any problems. Coffee and donuts were provided for breakfast and pizza for lunch. I'd recommend to anyone. Also and lastly a wide wide selection of ladders scaffolds harnesses and everything in between. ! Come check them out.

I went to the shop for a replacement part for a tonneau cover. Ryan processed it, then the virus shut down occurred. When they reopened he picked it up again with the supplier and they in fact replaced the cover under warranty. Both Ryan, the company and their supplier Extang were great, reputable and a pleasure to deal with. Well done.
