We had an exceptional experience with American Heating And Cooling for both of our AC installs. Initially, they performed amazing repairs on our first AC unit, going above and beyond to get us up and running. Unfortunately, the unit eventually went out, and we decided to replace our upstairs AC. About six months later, our downstairs AC also failed, and we immediately called American Heating And Cooling again.

Their pricing was very competitive, and the entire staff was awesome, taking great care of us throughout the process. They demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Called American after another company came out yesterday for the 2nd time in 6 months. I had a leak near pressure switch both in Oct and again now that caused all the freon to leak out. The other company told me my 8yr old unit needed to be replaced and you need to replace all units about every 8-10 yrs. Called American talked to Melanie on the phone to get a second opinion she was amazing and sent Allen and Kyle out next day (today). The guys showed up took a look, showed me the leak and where the other company did a really poor job of “fixing” the leak last time. Allen and Kyle fixed me right up, showed me the fixed leak under pressure again filled her up with Freon, gave me a military discount and went about their day! During this appointment my 2 yr old was switching from trying to shoot them with nerf guns and trying to spray us with a water hose by “washing” the car. I saved them from the water but not sure if he got a nerf bullet to the back. They were so kind about it and got me fixed right up.

My advice if you’re thinking about calling them is just do it and don’t waste your time elsewhere. We’re military and my husband is never at home to deal with this kind of stuff. Which leads to company’s trying to convince me I need to spend 10k on a new unit. Luckily I called American for a second opinion and got taken care of without replacing the unit!

Kyle Maldonado is the best man on the team!!! I’ve had several people come out and the only person to fix the problem throughly was Kyle!! He has been very helpful and consistent with getting the job done the right way… I’m so grateful for him!!!

Excellent company! Was out of town when AC went out. Serviceman went above and beyond helping my daughter, who was house sitting, install a portable window unit to get by. I really appreciate that. Crew was professional during installation. Highly recommend!!

Our outside HVAC unit wouldn’t shut off and turned my air handler’s coils into an ice maker. So I called American Heating & Cooling to set up a service call. It was in the afternoon so I didn’t really expect anyone that day. About an hour later I got a call from Allen saying he was heading my way. Allen identified the issue quickly and replaced the burned out part as well as checking coolant levels and making sure it was operating correctly.

Our AC works great again! I’d recommend American Heating & Air to anyone looking for solid experience to get the job done right.
