I was coming up on my one year with BHM1 Amazon fulfillment center I had just received a raise and I was due for another for my one year but I was terminated a week before I got it because of bad management favoritism to others and targeted by others I never worked a job where if you got a write up you would not find out about it until they are walking you out the door I never experienced anything like this with other companies What got me was write ups were being computer generated but even still managers would see them but would not let you know about them until you’re being walked to HR to be terminated it’s unprofessional and managers there lack communication skills empathy and concern I was asked numerous times to move or change job descriptions in the midst of completing tasks that I feel a lot of times why I was wrote up by the computers Managers and HR team have no leadership skills half of them don’t speak or even know you or get to know you cause they be to busy in other peoples faces they take a liking towards they don’t know important things when you question them but they try to make it look like your the fool when really they are now I see why so many good workers leave and find better jobs elsewhere and now I’m one of those people also

I was treated very harsh @Amazon. I loved the job when I started, but I was stalked, stolen from, bullied, harassed, my insurance was canceled, I had people trying to get me fired. Someone would eat my food I brought to work, my phone was hacked. I even tried going to school I went back to school paid by Amazon an I couldn’t get a job in any field. It was very hard I complained nothing happen. They would put me in a corner to work alone. My breaks was changed. It was very hard for me. An I didn’t do nothing wrong. If I could come back I probably would on flex but now that I moved there are no locations hiring for me to apply for. Thank you for your time.

They knew I didn’t have much, so they bothered me all the way out the door. Nobody would help me. I was going to get a lawyer but I couldn’t pay that much for a lawyer. The company did it on purpose an I suffered a lot after. Work there for two years during mandate an after the mandate. One of the best worst places to work

I've been to every Amazon fulfillment Center in the south (doing electrical work), and hands-down, the one in Bessemer, Alabama has the best looking women period. if you are a young single male, and in need of a job, this is the place. Get a job, find a wife. Or somethin like that....

Definitely the worst Amazon ever. Every time i order a wig or anything hair related, my items get stolen BY THE WORKERS! If I do get it delivered it’s always a used wig or just an empty package.

Do anybody know if I am able to get in contact with Amazon warehouse in Bessemer Al. My package was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday never received it they claim it will be here today but it’s been showing “Will be delivered By July 5th if not contact them for a refund” since yesterday morning & today! I am fed up with Amazon and I have called customer service they claim if it doesn’t come by today at 8pm or 10pm to wait two more days. Also my tracking update feed isn’t updating. I never had this experience with Amazon I’m really upset and will not be shopping anymore from Amazon after my package get delivered.
