Wallingford location is a complete joke. My package has been there since Wednesday and it's now Saturday and no email or update on delivery. A total disaster.

This place has had my package for over a week with no plan of clearing shipping out my package and with no number to call and Amazon support themselves not figuring out where my package is but this location is ridiculous this facility is 15minutes from me and yet I can’t pick it up even after they’ve had me waiting days

(Review from Amazon flex driver) DOB2 is clean and extremely organized. We never feel unwelcome, but they do push to get everybody in and out as quickly as possible. The associates that are there often are very friendly and remember your face when you are a regular driver. They always make sure you have the tools needed to complete the job, including answering questions about routes and the delivery app. We have heard stories about other Amazon warehouses not being as user friendly and feel lucky to have a warehouse that works with us.

I am amazon prime customer. 8 out 10 delivery times are late when coming out of wallingford ct.. i can not know why!! It appears to be getting worse.. if i order a same day of 2 day shipping item. It is mostly not going to come as promised.. 8/28/22 no snow, rain, ice, car crashes. They just do not have it together.. i wish amazon allowed USPS option for shipping. I am guaranteed it will come.. not same day. But as soon as they get it. No excuses.. Sad there is no follow-up with late or delayed shipping by amazon.. maybe firing supervisor or shipping boss. Hire another.. this has to stop.. why be amazon prime member when your items are 99% late

I don’t know what’s going on, but lately they’ve been running behind a lot. There’s actually no point getting there 15 minutes early. Because you end up going in at the start of your block or later. Then it takes a while to get a cart. Then get rushed to load up.

No no no, never again! Waited 1 ENTIRE hour to be checked in and on the road. Received a block guaranteed to deliver late, as it was due before my block was up. Called support, emailed, called again. . . now my status is ‘at risk’!! 😡

My package was delivered to this facility on January 23, 2022. It is still sitting in their warehouse waiting to be delivered. Amazon promised that my grandson's gift would have been delivered by January 25, 2022. The service is absolutely abysmal. Amazon should cancel their contract with this franchise.
