I have been around and referred this product to clients of mine for years. That will all be ending now. This company is a disaster. I’ll list a few things.

They pride themselves on being a domestic product and sell the product based on it all being domestically produced in Bessemer. This is false. They have started shipping production out of the country to China and Italy. This is very disappointing as they price their material and service on the cost of American jobs.

I have also had recent experiences where clients have paid for work, and they’ve outsourced to another local fabricator without their permission. This is very unsettling. If they had know that, I’m sure they wouldn’t have paid the higher premium to use AM3. Other clients paid for services that were never given or the quality of work is horrible.

Clients always mention how unprofessional the staff is and that they are clueless to the business. Not to mention the dishonesty. They will take money and ignore you until your threaten some type of action, then offer subpar service.

It seems to me that Alabama Marble should have stayed in the previous owners hands. Very sad to see that a company operates this way.
