I hope you like paying car repair/ maintenance bills..t
Triple bbb ranch road is severely washboard ridden and unforgiving on your cars suspension and steering. They fix it once in a while, but 2 days later... it goes back to its form. The water tastes funky, but other than that, it is a fair place to live, and we keep to ourselves.

This place needs some work, but does not need much. I visited a friend here a few weeks ago and was satisfied with the neatness of everything, but us not to happy about the service. The people just treated us as normal people versus their customers.
