Easy to contact, quick service for water heater replacement.
Also turned out to be lowest cost we found.
Plumbers Jeff and Chase great in terms of care taken and explanation provided for their product, including an unplanned but good-sense extra step in the process (replacement of leaky old 'gate'-style valve for main water shut off with a ball valve. Reasonable additional price; did the same for the similarly leaky and ancient water heater shut-off gratis.
Totally cleaned up and all parts and pieces accounted for.
The only reason for four not five stars was that our initial estimate included an additional component we ultimately decided we didn't need. It sorted itself out quickly enough - just asked a few questions of the plumbers and Google, but a clearer explanation the part was optional would have been appreciated.
Overall though would easily recommend Allied to friends.

Very pleased with Allied plumbing! Sink was clogged and husband tried everything to fix it ,but then realized we needed a professional out to fix the issue. They were prompt and within 30 minutes the problem was fixed! Thanks for the great service!

Called early Christmas Eve. Jan said they would be closing by noon but she would try to get me scheduled.
She did and I received quick and professional service in less than one hour. Kevin and Ray showed up and had my sewer drain cleared in less than one hour.

Both Dalton and Theo arrived to clear a bad kitchen blockage. They had to use a power jet to finish the job. Both were very friendly and did a great job and the rate was reasonable. Plus they arrived within the timeframe they had specified. I would definitely call them again!

We always have a great experience with Allied Plumbing! Their technician Jeff came out to replace our water heater same day we called and also noticed we had a loose faucet on our sink and tightened it for us without us asking. He was super patient and professional, awesome technician!!

I will not be using them again. After a very quick diagnosis of a bad septic pump, it was replaced for $2500, $4000 after labor. It still didn't work because the control panel was not getting proper power. That was diagnosed AFTER the new pump was installed and didn't work. Now I get to call an electrician and to fix what was likely the original problem and have a new pump I probably did not need. Not pleased.

Update- The electrician said the panel was working as it should be, and once the level came up to the low level float, everything would be working.

Update 2- Alarm went off again, tanks are full again, pump not working again. Finally, I found someone who knows what they were doing and actually checked the floats and replaced them. He asked if I had the original pump so he could test it, Allied had taken it, so we will never know if it was actually bad.
All said I have spent $4000 on Allied to not fix the problem, $230 for an electrician to say everything is fine, and $650 for another plumber to fix the real problem. For future septic issues, I will be using Wenatchee Pumps, LLC
