Allied Industrial Machine rebuilt the head on my son's E30 BMW last year after a broken timing belt mangled it. They were recommended by the local BMW shop. Not an inexpensive job, but they were reasonably priced, friendly and honest, and did great work. After my son and I spent a significant amount of "bonding time" putting the engine back together, it runs better than ever!

I was under the impression Allied was going to close up shop, but I hope that's not the case. They did great work for us.

This shop was amazing. I was worried since it was my first time having a cylinder head worked on but they explained the process and the turn around was quick. Car runs good and the machine work was perfect and couldn't be any better. Thanks again!

Fast service, affordable and great work. They took off rusty bolts of my wheel and cleaned the rest of the wholes. I was able to salvage my wheel and put new brake rotors on.

They baited me in there saying they could take care of what I needed right away. All I wanted was a hole drilled in a piece of thicker metal. When I drove there they then said it would take a few days and cost over $350, and they were very rude doing so. They could have told me that on the phone but they were dishonest and wasted my time. I ended up getting it done at a gas station for $20. Glad I didn't let these people rip me off.

This Machine Shop is one of the Best Machine Shops in the DC/MD/VA Area... it might just be the best! They do PROFESSIONAL work at very Reasonable Prices! The Owner Himself is very down to earth Guy! I would recommend this Machine Shop to anyone looking for an Automotive Performance oriented Machine Shop! I took my Cylinder Head off of a Ford 5.4L V8 there because the threads to a Spark Plug port went bad and they fixed it quickly and did an excellent Job!

It's a great engine shop. Russell the owner is great, this is the second trip we took a cylinder head to his shop. He did such a great job on the first one that when we needed to have our second one worked on, we took it to his shop without a second thought. Great work, timely return and reasonable prices.

Great guys at this shop. Years of experience and very helpful. Had some custom work done on two motorcycle wheels, which is not their main business, but they just wanted to help. When I went back with a need to fabricate a custom bracket, they offered to give me a piece of scrap aluminum for free. Little things make difference. Nice to have a local shop that cares!

Fantastic shop! I needed a shoulder turned down for a mount I have. They were able to do it while I waited at a reasonable cost. Super nice staff and super helpful. We are lucky to have this level of machine shop in the area.
