So I was lucky enough to be able to have a tour of the facility. Everyone that I came in contact with truly loved the job that they did. As corny as it sounds, it gives me faith that the product that's shipped for my projects is correct and on time.

if I could give this company a negative mark I would. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I bought a lock that had a manufacturing mistake and they took zero responsibility and were rude to the point I had to hang up. I will never buy Schlage again and We build houses! fyi- they never sent me the $0.25 part I needed, I had to uninstall this lock, drive an hour to the store and have the store give me a new product which I have to re-install. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DONT BUY - I have never experienced any issues at all with Weiser or any other brand for that matter.
