I can’t stress this enough if you want the best Subaru mechanic out there Genaro is where it’s at he answers any question is super knowledgeable in all areas I would never go anywhere different after they worked on my sti I been all over, been to many places and there quality of work keeping you informed is unreal there is no comparison I can go on and on but I don’t think that would make a difference I highly recommend them so you can see for yourself there absolutely unreal in the customer service they provide you can tell he cares about what he does I could never ask for anyone better I can’t wait to give them my second sti and see what they do! Absolutely phenomenal work and customer service! Give them a shot and I promise you won’t regret it!

Genaro was absolutely top notch. Being new to the area and trying to find a quality Subaru specialty shop can be hard. He had plenty of patience for my questions and was very transparent throughout the process. The workmanship was great. We encountered some issues related to the age of the car, and they were ready with a solution each time. I also have to thank Martin for all the knowledge he shared with me in addition to Genaro. Cherry on top, I had to travel from the Tri-Cities and the waiting room + amenities were very much appreciated.
