We are beyond thrilled with our new closet from All City Closet Co! The price was extremely fair. Tanner was great to work with and he had a design and pricing back to us very quickly. There are a ton of options and colors to choose from. He was happy to make any changes we wanted and after the in person meeting, he sent renderings for visuals as well. Install took about 2 days and Jorge and Manuel were extremely professional and conscientious of our home. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future!

Recently had All City Closet come in and help us put in new shelving arrangements in our to-be kids room and master bedroom. They were very easy to work with! Tanner was in and out of our first appointment with measurements and an idea of what we wanted in half an hour. No gimmicks, no salesman tactics. Very reasonable quote came later that day. 50% down and we were installed within a week. Highly recommend their work.

He gave us an estimate and as we went through the plans he was so patient with our requested changes. He had a lot of different ideas for such a small walk in closet and was so helpful. We were able to really utilize the space with his expertise. Once we finalized the plans the installers we ready and available quickly after. They were so professional and even laid down mats to keep the floors clean. They took their time and paid close attention to detail and still completed it very quickly and efficiently! I'm very impressed with my closet, service before and after the sale, and pricing! Bruce beat other competitors pricing which was important since I'm price conscious. He also invented a customized hat rack which hid a shower steam maker (very impressive design). His install team was professional, friendly, and did solid work (I’m in construction so I know what shoddy and solid look like intimately). They also helped fix little details after the install that helped elevate the look. Service after the sale has continued to be great! I’ve added more features to my closet and love it more and more. It went from something I hadn’t really planned on during my bathroom remodel to one of my favorite features in the house! My friends and family know I do exhaustive, engineer-like research, and I can say, definitely would buy from Bruce again. I have already recommended a friend to others when they get ready to upgrade.

Personally, while you can use the handles he gives you for free, if you buy your own on amazon that are larger (like 6.25” on center), I think it gives it an elevated look. Or have it match what is in your bathroom already. Makes it feel less of an after the fact “add on” and gives continuity / intentionality to the look.

I also had Bruce add a laundry tip-out after the fact that I love - makes it look super clean, 24/7 and avoids the mess that laundry baskets seem to attract for me. One of my favorite things about this has been how easy it is to add new features or adjustments to the closet.

I got estimates even though I had used ACCco in the past. My experience in the past was excellent and so was my most current experience with ACCco. They were half the price as the other estimate. The installers took care by laying floor runners and they even vacuumed before leaving. I just love the CAD design they provided me before installing. They were very responsive when I called and scheduled me promptly. They were an overall joy to work with. That’s saying a lot now-a-days when it’s hard to find good contractors. I highly recommend ACCco.
