I am writing to formally complain about the services provided by your company; I have encountered multiple issues that I believe contravene standard business practices and possibly legal boundaries: Unauthorized Contract Agreement: My evidence is that the day after this alleged contract was signed, my dumpster was removed from my property, the only problem being the bills kept coming. I have discovered that my name was added to a contract with your company without my consent. I have not signed or verbally agreed to any terms with your company for trash removal services in 2024. Yet, I have received bills under my name and a fraudulent contract alleging that I signed a document in April 2024, which I never did. Non-Delivery of Services: Despite billing me for services supposedly rendered through 2024, no trash removal services have been performed at my property. This constitutes a breach of contract on your part, as no services were provided for the fees charged. Bogus Fees and Improper Billing: My account was charged for additional fees, which I did not authorize or receive. These include a bogus $3,570.00 Termination of contract fee. Unresolved Disputes and Lack of Accountability: Upon disputing these charges, I was informed that the account representative handling my case was no longer with your company. This sudden unavailability coincided with my attempts to seek resolution, which I find suspicious and obstructive. Threats of Collection Action: After my disputes, rather than addressing the substantive issues, I received multiple notices threatening to send my account to a collection agency. This approach has been both threatening and coercive, rather than focusing on resolving the discrepancies in my account. I hereby demand: Immediate cessation of all billing and collection activities. A full investigation into how my name was fraudulently added to a contract. A refund for all unauthorized charges made to my account.
