We live in a 3 story upside-down home and use all 3 floors daily. Now that we’re in our 80s, we began regularly using our elevator which until recently had been largely ignored. Therefore, It became a real problem when it suddenly stopped running. Aligned Elevator responded immediately. Unfortunately the manufacturer was no longer in business and the wiring diagram we had proved to be for a different elevator. That created a real challenge in identifying which circuit board, which connection, which relay might be suspect. Replacing both boards would have been the easiest fix but also the most expensive. However, Aligned, with years of invaluable experience and stubborn research, was able to identify the individual problems and correct them. We are once again fully operational; all for much less money than might otherwise have been the case. With grateful appreciation to everyone at Aligned and special thanks to Tommy and Kyle.

So happy we found these guys! We tried another provider that basically just fleeced us with charges to the tune of thousands and excuses as to why the elevator still wouldn't function over the course of EIGHT months. Wrong part, wrong technician, etc. Finally we decided to write off that waste of money and try Aligned Elevator and so happy we did. They are so professional, punctual and they actually ... brace yourself ... SUCCESSFULLY fix elevators. It took one visit, a few hours and we have lift off!! I do believe that some unscrupulous providers see a residential elevator customer as a pain in the neck and an opportunity to overcharge and underdeliver. Aligned Elevator is not that - they are lovely to interact with and they deliver with very fair pricing, and they work fast. I highly recommend them!
