Alessandra is extremely knowledgable and skilled! I typically visit her for a whole-body deep tissue massage. Recently, she helped me resolve lower back pain that had become increasingly debilitating over several months. She determined that my psoas muscles were locked up, along with super tight hips and IT band. Her skill at reawakening my psoas muscles and massaging out tightness enabled me to walk & move normally again that day! I scheduled a followup massage, and am now able to do my normal yoga, running, and other activities again! I'm so grateful!
