We purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra mid December 2024. At first the experience was nice, solely because Bob the salesman was pleasant to interact with. Then the nightmare began.. The day after we purchased the truck, the roof had a leak and completely soaked the inside of the truck. Secondly the rear end started to overheat. They did fix the leak, but that was a fiasco all its own. When I took the truck to be repaired they had it for 3-4 days and said it was ready. When I arrived I asked what it was that leaked. They then told me there wasn't one. As soon as I got the key and opened the truck, it was soaked! There negligence caused even more damage the interior of the truck. They also said there was nothing wrong with the breaks... Guess what, the rear end is still getting hot. Fast forward to today. Since I got the truck back we haven't been able to drive it. The radiator fan won't turn off, the engine is whining and the rear end brakes get hot... We don't even have the title yet. We purchased a very expensive driveway ornament. We have called every day over the last week to try and get this issue resolved, but every time we do they tell us someone (a manager) will call us back, but guess what? Not a single phone call. This thing supposedly went through rigorous inspections when they took it in on trade. This was simply deception and an outright lie, as fluids were not topped off at all and we requested inspection records and all it said was that the battery was checked and the oil was changed. I am now left trying to figure how to transport myself and my family as we spent 25k on a vehicle we can't drive and do not have the funds to purchase another vehicle. Unless you are buying new I would stay clear of all Alan Webb dealerships. For anyone else experiencing such a thing, I am sorry. I know it can feel helpless. There are few things you can do. I personally will be filling a complaint with the BBB and Washington state consumer affairs (this form can be found on the Washington State Attorney General page).

My wife and I had been looking for the right '25 Tahoe RST for a while. We saw that Alan Webb had the one we wanted and that it was in transit.

I called and Josh helped us through the whole process. His communication was great, and actually was able to schedule us the next day to purchase the vehicle. He made sure it was detailed with a full tank while we were there. He offered us information about options and upgrades but wasn't pushy or deceptive.

Sam then helped us with the finance portion of the transaction which turned out to be another good experience. We were using a GM Suppler Discount code and we were worried they'd try to give us a hard time about it, but after Sam verified a few things, it was a done deal. No laborious back and forth or haggling needed. Sam was also able to get us the lowest interest rate at Capital One since that's who we bank with. He also discussed options and warranties but wasn't pushy about it.

We also got the ceramic coating and scotchgard (not exactly sure what it's called) at the dealership since the purchase and it's been great.

The Tahoe has been a beast and will serve as a perfect family-hauler for years to come.

We worked with some other dealerships and they weren't as welcoming as we'd hoped. Thanks again to Josh and Sam.

Pretty simple, got online to build and price truck and contacted several dealers to get a price. Only 3 dealers came back with actual price and this was the closest. Was contacted by John with the pricing and set up a time to come in. Came in and got the total price including fees and put an order in that day. Got the allotment 2 weeks later for the build and was kept up to date, some what , on the build and tracked shipping. Sat at the Port a little long but was not the dealerships fault. Once it came into the dealership I went in to pick it up and was only missing black bow tie on grill from the dark essentials pkg. Supposedly service will get ahold of me when it comes in. Hopefully they don’t make a mess like one of the other reviewers pointed out on his. John did a great job of going through the functions of the truck while we waited for the paperwork to get done. We were in and out pretty quickly and as we left I jokingly said I’ll be back down to get the bow tie put on when I get the license plates. Supposedly these are taking longer then normal for WA state so my wife and I have a bet on which will come first, bow tie or plates (not holding my breath). All in all a good experience and I would probably point people in their direction if they’re looking for a vehicle

UPDATE: After writing this review when I got home and still being a bit upset about what was blatantly missed. I decided to look to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong or missing. I found a couple things that weren’t even installed and found a factory screw up. I contacted the salesman who in turn contacted service to get ahold of me to schedule an appointment. Couple days later was contacted by service and set up an appointment to get all the dealer installs that were missing installed the following week. So week and a half after originally picking up the truck, everything was installed that was missing. It was all done pretty quickly which I really appreciate from the staff of Alan Webb Chevrolet.
So from my experience with them, if you’re ordering a vehicle, make sure all the options are installed and installed properly. If they’re not they were pretty quick to take care of it for you.

I would still bypass my local Chevrolet dealership and go to Alan Webb for any future purchases.

P.S. I lost the bet with my wife

Attentive service, clear answers to questions, accommodating our schedule. Test drive at our own pace. Then a quick calculation of the offer, including dealer/factory incentives, tax credit, and trade. Quick vehicle prep and paperwork. Overall, a delightful experience, and a really good deal.

I own several cars. Have always taken my car there for major repair work over the years. Megan is service has always been really helpful, and always goes to bat for me against the warranty companies. I will have to say oil change prices are a little high, but overall a great place to get your car worked on.

Meagan did an excellent job taking care of me and my fleet vehicle. She was friendly and personable and I will gladly come back to her again! She even had a Lyft come get me to take me home and bring me back so I didn't have to wait at the dealership all day!

Chevrolet made the 2025 Colorado Trail Boss our number one choice for a truck, but the great people at Alan Webb Chevrolet helped make that a reality. Your friendly, knowledgeable, and low-pressure salesperson Bob Nodine answered all our questions and Leo Collin made the numbers work. Together they made the buying experience a pleasant one- and that was unexpected but much appreciated!!!
