My granddaughter wanted her name on a poodle dress for a special day at school on Friday (4/21/23). Wife picked up iron-on letters for the dress that would not iron on. After several tries and using up the letters of her name, I told her that I would take the dress and try and get it embroided tomorrow 4/20/23. Today, I looked up several companies spread over Bellevue and Kirkland. I loaded up and took off at 9:15. The 1st store had changed their hours, the 2nd only did orders over 500 units, the 3rd (CSE in Kirkland) could have done it, but their embroidery person was leaving for several hours. However, the owner referred me to a firm in Redmond that might be able to help me out. I called Aimless Goods and spoke to Michael and he said that they could try to help.
The guys were great and Michael was wonderful. I showed him the dress and the letters that we had tried to iron on. Michael measured the letters for size and sat at his computer and typed Maya's name to size and then asked if she would like her name in pink to match the dress and he could do it as an iron-on. What a hero - of course she would! Anyone who knows my granddaughter, knows that she LOVES PINK!
Michael printed her name to the transfer paper, showed me how it would look, turned on the transfer press (about 20 minutes to reach temp - 291 degrees). about 5 minutes later, Maya was printed on her dress - perfect! I have a new company to rave about and the cost was terriffic.

I was working with Aimless and Michael for a few months on some projects. Everything was going well and I was excited to utilize them for bigger and bigger orders until the ball was totally dropped. Zero follow up on orders, had to track them down over multiple days to hear back on an invoice, and then an order was completely forgotten about with zero apology or acknowledgement of the order. I am so disappointed. I was planning on bringing them a lot of money and I felt like I have just been entirely forgotten about and not sure why.

Shout-out to the team over at Aimless Goods! I called Mike on the weekend when they were closed and he was able to pick up the phone, answer my questions, and help me out. That's above and beyond customer service ! They were able to help me make a special gift for someone right before V-Day and were able to make my vision come true and give their creative input along the way. I was super impressed with the final product and the kind people on staff. If you need something embroidered, some promotional tees, or a custom one off gift they'll get you right !
