Salesman lies and says it will save on your power bill but the dehumidifier runs constantly causing the power bill to increase dramatically. Had to come out multiple times for poor workmanship. Repairman comes out because of leaking door and finds out that the entire thing was installed poorly. $30,000 for horrible service!

Beware of this company, their people have no integrity at all. I had an inspection completed by Timothy Byrd who stated that I needed over $42k worth of work completed on my home which was a complete fabrication. I have had my home inspected by two other reputable companies that inspections were in stark contrast to the lies that Mr. Byrd told me. What Mr. Byrd saw was an inexperienced homeowner and he sought to take advantage of that. I would not recommend this company for inspections, repairs, or any other service for that fact. Would have been 0 stars if that option was available.

The crew for AFS (Isaias, Gerard, Maurice and Justin arrived on time. Isaias was the foreman and we walked the the entire job when he arrived. All 4 of these men did a fine job. All of them asked me if any question and if I was happy with their work. None minded me checking on them during all the work that they were doing. Entire process for the estimate (Tracy) thru the repair was very positive. Thanks AFS

We contracted for the total encapsulation of the crawl space under our home in Wetumpka. The "work" was completed in a day. The installer supervisor advised that we would receive photos of the work performed for our documentation and a copy of any product manuals and warranty. This DID NOT OCCUR. I have no information about the dehumidifier installed or how to maintain it and the 5 year service policy I supposedly was sold came with absolutely NO DOCUMENTATION. We did receive a call from someone either with the finance company or area office to verify we did receive the installation. This company is happy to receive your payment and financing, but it appears that you are on your own after that. I am not impressed or happy with the lack of follow-up and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction.

AFS stabilized the foundation of my chimney. The crew of Christian, Anthony, Rodney, and Jalen were professional and answered all of my questions. They kept me informed throughout the process. They filled in the work area and cleaned everything after the work was complete. I would highly recommend AFS and this work crew to anyone needing a foundation repair.

A few months ago, AFS did some repair/securing work on my home's foundation that was slipping. Today, Matt Hall came to follow up on the work and address some concerns I had. He did, and provided some good insight and options going forward.
