When we removed carpet we found hardwood throughout, except for the dining room. They came in and laid new flooring in the dining area and refinished the existing. It all matches beautifully. They were timely, courteous, and cleaned up after it was all done. We are very pleased and would recommend them.

On a personal level, I thought the people at Affordable floors were pleasant and nice to deal with. I am very unhappy with their service, however.
We had them replace kitchen counter tops, replace laminate in the kitchen, and install new carpet in much of the house. The new carpet feels lumpy nine months after it was installed. When we complained about it, we were told that it was because we were carpeting over a concrete slab. They were unable to explain why the twenty year old carpet we had them replace did not have that problem. There are also multiple places in the carpeting job where seams are visible, a problem that was not visible in the twenty year old carpet we had them replace.
The pricing was very competetive. I am not a flooring professional so I can't say for sure, but I got the impression that there was not enough room in their bid for them to feel that they could afford to come back and fix problems. They are not refusing to do it, they are ignoring us, nine months after the job was supposed to be completed.
I would pay more and get the job done by somebody else before I would go back there again.

Made an order on tile and spent 1/2 hour making sure it was all correct to call back 3 weeks later asking about status and have the store indicate we don't have any order. On top of that they acted like it was an inconvience for me to ask them to look around for it! Get your materials elsewhere
