I believe I am one of the first people to come here. Immediately I received a welcoming hello and shake of the hand. They were actually happy to see me. They explained times, days, hours and telephone. I got a card, some reading material and immediate 10% off. All with a smile.
They spoke of the application they use on your phone or tablet and how to contact in case of a foibles with ordering.
In all each time I go I’m greeted with my name a smile and happy to see you! Everyone is happy, willing to help, go overboard to do so and always try to tell you of the lower priced items, higher thc levels, talk”knowledgeable “ about their products and NOT once do they talk negatively about the other dispensary’s. That says it all: go on reputation and maintaining a clean, well maintained environment so anyone who walks through their door are guaranteed an exemplary customer service from time in to time out.
They also expect quality changes that you may believe will help you with money and product. In the future!

Beware! This is the worst dispensary I could ever imagine. They do not value their customers or keep their word. Affinity will tell you everything is 20% off on Monday. They fail to mention that its only for certain items. I called before I came this Monday to make sure Id get the discount, and was assured it would apply once in the store. I show up here and am told that it doesn't apply to my order. They also promise some “thank you card” that they send you “sometime” after your first order that would have a 20% off coupon. I have not received one. The manager, Brandon, would not honor their claims and was extremely rude. I will never go anywhere near this place again and strongly advise that you dont either!

Full disclosure: I’ve been to my fair-share of a few dispensaries, but this one, the vibe was just right.
Been coming here since it first opened, and its become my favorite. Every Budtender I’ve interacted with has taken the time to answer my questions and educate me on what I'm purchasing and the various products available.The whole staff has made every visit a positive experience.
