Rob sold me and has serviced my 2 vacuums for my businesses for the past 20 years. He's professional, responsive, timely, fairly priced and always a pleasure to deal with. He even fixed a Dyson I had a problem with. You won't find better customer service or vacuum knowledge in the area.

I called Robert to help me with my central VAC since I did about five troubleshooting steps on my own and nothing worked.
I had used him in the past and he was prompt, friendly and reasonably priced.
This particular time he called me back and guided me through some troubleshooting over the phone.
( I thought I had tried everything)
We were able to get it working over the phone together, which saved me some money. And I am very appreciative of that.
I will always use him and always recommend him moving forward.

My wife and I use Aerus Electrolux for all of vacuum servicing and repairs. Thanks to Rob our vacuum is always in tip top shape. Rob is very knowledgeable and attentive to details. He always get the job done quickly. We highly recommend him for all of your repairs and purchases. He’s a great honest guy and will make sure you get exactly what you need for your home. Even our kids love to visit Rob at the “vacuum store”

The motor on our 19 year old Aerus Electrolux central vacuum stopped working on a Sunday in the middle of an open house - as it was being shown to prospective buyers. Called Aerus Electrolux the next day, Rob answered the phone. When I explained the issue he offered to come out that day to fix it! We couldn't accept, as there were showings, but he came on Tuesday. Turns out he was the one who sold us the system all those years ago. He replaced the motor on the spot, giving us a warranty that will transfer to the new owners. As a bonus we had a nice chat while he was here. Truly I can't recommend Rob & Aerus Electrolux highly enough!
