Great staff on the inside the security at Gate 1 is pretty much lazy and useless. How a company can contract with a security service provider to provide service at a chemical facility and expect them to provide good service and instead get a bunch of retards running the gate house. I was in security for over 15 years and would have never have treated a driver poorly and or not pick up a phone to call the main control room for a hot shot load. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional

Poor customer service at the gaurd shack. I was given a number that doesn't work and a name. He tells me it thousands of employees---but not a thousand "so-n-so's". I waited hours for help.
