Very Unprofessional , very rude , I had an appointment for an ultrasound which required to not to eat and drink a lot of water , 2pm when I was in the office waiting for the procedure I felt I needed to go to the restroom that instant, they start arguing with me and didn’t allowed me to use the restroom which resulted in me leaving the office to use the building restroom . After I come back they told me I have to reschedule the procedure. I used many times their services but because this incident I don’t think I ever will .
