This company is easy to work with and they priced it out just right. I called them the day my garage door broke, it was not an emergency so we scheduled it for out the next day. They confirmed their appointment via email and text and showed up on time. When the technician was en route they sent me another text letting me know he was on his way and had a picture of the technician so I knew who I would be meeting with. Seth was my technician and he was very professional, did a great job, fixed the issue and adjusted my door so it operates more smoothly! He was quick and efficient and I could tell that the job was done correctly. I even asked him for some pointers on how I can take care of my garage better moving forward and he answered all of my questions that I had. Very professional company to work with and I have already recommended them to a friend. I recommend calling this company for your garage door needs!

Very happy customer. I had other garage door companies try to fix my balky garage door, unsuccessfully. Advanced came, saw and conquered in an hour. They also gave my door a complete tune-up, tightening bolts and lubricating.

I would be happy to leave a review here if and when you fill my 9/23 order and bring the doors out to be installed. Four months after the initial 50% payment and as of 1/3/24 we have not received verification of the order being released for manufacturing or had any contact to schedule a delivery and installation date.

My husband and I built a home with minimal issues from the ground up. Ironically, the most agonizing and unprofessional experience was with Advanced Garage Door. Literally, the last item we needed for our home. Perhaps this company started out as quality and then spread themselves out too thin. After giving a down payment of $5000 on March 1, we waited five months, including a series of many unanswered phone calls emails, with a non-specific reason for delaying the 6 to 8 week timeline. Loss of the vendor, change in help, accountants leaving the the job, etc. We were painfully strung along for 5 months until we finally canceled, waited an unfair amount of time for a refund, and eventually went with another company who delivered within four weeks. This was by far the worst experience we have had with a company in our lives. I gave one star for the customer service agent who really tried to help communicate this ongoing fiasco. This company will respond to commercial needs before residential needs. And you will take a backseat. Look elsewhere.

If you want to do business with a company that takes your money and gives you nothing in return, this is the company for you. I gave them my 50% deposit last August and they filed for bankruptcy in November without even ordering my garage doors. Since then, there has been very little communication and no satisfaction.

My insulated garage door at 18ft wide by 10ft tall is very heavy. I will not go into the specifics of what required repairs but the issues demanded repositioning of the door, replacement of parts and proper lubrication. The technician methodically and efficiently managed all those issues. The door now works fine and blocks all outside elements from entering my 2,400 square foot man-cave. And, the cost was quite reasonable.
