I ordered some cables from this company 9 days ago via eBay. After sending 3 messages via eBay to find out the status, they did not respond. I had to research their phone number via google to call them myself. They told me the order was placed on hold even though it was confirmed (by phone) that the cables were in stock. Apparently the person that I was told to speak to is now out of the office for a day or two. I would not have known any of this if I didn't make the call myself to find out why the cables were not shipped. This was all done via eBay but this company would not respond via the eBay message text box when I inquired. If I could give a zero rating, I absolutely would especially when it comes to communication. This is totally unacceptable!
