John and Krista went above and beyond for me. I was buying a used truck in Rifle, but I live in the Front Range. They inspected it for me and gave me great confidence to buy it. They handled coordinating back and forth with the owner. Then fixed the couple of issues they found and raced to get it down before I arrived by bus. They even picked me up at the bus station. Clearly very knowable and competent but also super great folks. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Advanced Automotive Repair LLC in Rifle, Colorado, highly enough. While driving on the highway, my exhaust pipe came undone, and I limped into town unsure of what was wrong. From the moment I called, the team—John, Matt, and Krista—went above and beyond to take care of me. They guided me to the shop, quickly identified the issue, and fixed my exhaust pipe for free. Krista even reviewed my maintenance history, walked me under the car, and explained what to watch for during routine upkeep.

What truly set them apart was their dedication to my safety. They found a dangerous issue with my spark plugs that could have made driving through the mountains hazardous and stayed through their lunch break to ensure my car was road-ready. Their professionalism, kindness, and transparency made me feel completely respected and safe. They charged an incredibly fair, discounted price for their labor and parts, which was the cherry on top of an already stellar experience.

So thankful for this place! We had a bit of an emergency with our driver side window. We rolled it down and it wouldn’t go back up. 4 hours away from home. I called and they were able to get us in right away. We got there and they offered us snacks and drinks and put on a movie for us while we waited. 10/10 customer service. They helped get our window up and we are so thankful for their amazing service!

Hands down best mechanic in the valley. John and Chris are awesome, went above and beyond even bringing me into the garage pointing out stuff under my truck and helping me triage the priority of work. Krista in the office is great, bring your kids if you have them, she has snacks and probably 900 movies to watch while waiting. Ive had oul changed, issues with DEF, new suspension and a side mirror fixed. I love this team. John and Krista are excellent to work with, more than fair pricing. John even spent time showing me the undercarriage of my diesel truck and all the things hes done. I believe their excellence and success comes from an unwavering faith to God.

I'd encourage any future gear heads to spend time, volunteer at this shop so Johns knowledge can be shared

We needed a local shop to do a pre-buy inspection on a car we were looking at in Rifle. Some friends in Silt recommended John and Krista. John and Matt did a through inspection of the car. A real pleasure to work with! If we lived in Rifle they would be our go-to shop!

My car broke down in Rifle leaving my daughter and I stranded. I was lucky enough to give Advanced Automotive Repair a call. John and Krista were both beyond amazing. It took several days to fix my car enough to go home safely. During this time, krista let us relax in the lovely waiting room, watch movies on the TV and play games to helped keep my daughter occupied. She helped to drive us to a hotel and even to pick up dinner. John was awesome working on my car and explaining what was broken and what he was doing. I enthusiastically recommend Advanced Automotive Repair. I came in needing a new radiator, which they replaced in one hour!

But the true testament to their service is their response to my request for help after losing my coolant fully in under 100 miles. I reached out and they invited me to come back for repairs.

Turns out, the part I brought for them to use was defective, (totally nothing they did). John and his team went the extra 10000 miles by finding the box for the faulty radiator so I could return it for a refund.They showed me what was wrong with it, explained what they would do next.

They even offered to let my lil wildman dog hang out in their office, or the dog run outside. They're so dog friendly, they even had toys for Archibald to play with! When we returned for the secondary repairs, my pup was PUMPED to see them and get his pets. He now wants to be a garage-mutt.

This is a local family-run business that treats their customers with respect, and more kindness than I could ever have asked for. Integrity is hard to come by!
