I had placed an online order for a car battery. Said usually ready in 30 mins. So never received a got your order ready so I headed on over to the location. Get there and they have a sign on the door system down only cash transactions. I was like this is not good. Yet I needed the battery cause I needed to be able to go to work the next morning. So I went in talked ti a sweet lady named Lila I think is how you spell it. I explained the situation. At first they was like you can come back in the morning. I was like I need to get to work in the morning. So to make a long story short she worked it out cause I had my online receipt and I was able to get the battery and get my car going. Was able to stop by after work to get copies of the transactions after their system had come up she made sure everything was ready for when I came by. I say all that to say. That had what I needed price was great. Yet their customer service went above and beyond to get me back on the road. In this day and age age great customer service is sometimes hard to find.

It's like going to any other auto parts store. Some items/parts are priced decently and other items/parts are priced too high. I only go if they have what I need in stock at a decent price. If I don't like their price or they don't have what I need in stock, I look elsewhere. Usually order what I need online and wait for it to ship to my house.

For example I was working on a 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed two lower front ball joints. Advanced Auto had them in stock but wanted too much for them so I ordered online from another business and saved around $30. Yes I had to wait a few days for the parts to arrive to do the job, but it was worth the wait since I saved money!

This advance always has it going on. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They keep a good stock of everything I ever need. Prices are comparable to almost anyone.

As a woman, it can be frustrating to shop for car parts. Some places I've gone have not been very inviting, but I always feel welcome at this Advanced Auto. They are willing to take the time to help me find what I need without patronizing me for lack of knowledge. I highly recommend this store and it's patient employees.
