Worst payroll company ever!! Would give them a negative number if I could. Charging me over $300 a month in fees for 1 employee. They rip companies off and if you try to leave them they’ll hit you with a $1,500. Cancellation fee
They’re not up front with all their hidden fees. So many better payroll companies out there!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! DO NOT USE FOR PAYROLL OR ANY HR NEEDS, worst experience I have ever had with any HR company and we have given them SO many chance to make it right and no one cares. If it wasn't such a pain to switch payroll companies we would change today. Wish we never left Paychex!! They had there problems but they are like an A+ company compared to ADP.

I had a really bad experience with ADP. The rating should have been -0 stars. I called the company with a concern about my account and the lady was so busy talking about a medical brace which I informed her that I did not need that she over looked my main concern. The call was disconnected and when I tried to call back the message said they were not taking messages from my area. what In THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!

ADP actually deserves fewer than a 1 star rating. They don't return calls, they have only excuses, nothing gets fixed. They are great at the sale but can't deliver. Each department works in a silo and can't help out with the problem but are great at finger pointing.

This company is by far the worse experience when trying to accomplish anything. I'm still waiting on a call back after the 90 minute hold time and its the next day. I wish I could give them no stars
