Action Computers is the ONLY place you should buy a computer. Anytime I need an upgrade, I come to them for an amazing deal on a good machine that isn't loaded up with a bunch apps I don't need. Plus they are refurbishing and recycling computers and accessories that would otherwise end up in the landfill. While I was waiting to be helped, I overheard Hayley patiently and respectfully helping a senior look for some misplaced files free of charge. Then she helped me find what I needed, and completed my data transfer and set up super fast. I'm just grateful I got to connect with this awesome human, and I love this store so much more than I did before. 6 stars!!!

Action computers was amazing. 100% helpful. The things they did not carry they referred another local business in the area. They had an amazing sale going on when I was there monitors were only $59.99. They had gaming mouse and keyboard, computer stands, cables, cords, laptops, computers, accessories of all kinds. They stop to tell you and explain the different options. Even took my name and number or something I was looking for but they didn’t have on them at the time in the warehouse was closed. Three days later they called to let me know they had what I requested. So the follow up was also top-notch. Thank you for the community support, help and for being one of the better small businesses I’ve been to.

In January Action took in my laptop for a new monitor and connector cable. A week later I was told they got the wrong monitor but could repair the cable. Several days later my laptop was ready for pick up and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Unfortunately my satisfaction ends there. A short time after taking my laptop home I found it would not connect to my wifi unless I was no further away than 3-4'. I exchanged my router twice thinking that was the issue. It was not. I brought my laptop back in and was told I could leave for 1-2 weeks before they could get to it. I explained I use it for business and could not do without for that long. While acknowledging the problem may have been caused by the previous opening of the monitor case, there was no willingness to expidite assessment and repair. Months later I returned and literally begged for them to at least look at it immediately. No promises were made but he said he would try his best. I reluctantly left my computer stating I would return before closing to pick it up. I reiterated I use the laptop for business and could not be without it. We'll I returned to the store at 4:55pm to pick up my computer and low and behold the store was closed! More than an hour before the posted closing time. So here I am the night before a 1.1 million dollar bid is due and I have NO COMPUTER or the file on it to submit my bid in the morning. My customers have learned that if they are not satisfied I am not satisfied! Unfortunately Action Computers does not the same! This review was originally a 1 star review when posted. Jason the General Manager reached out to me the very next day and offered both temporary and longer term solutions to my customer service issues. I will continue to use Action Computers for all my computers!

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff that were more than willing to take the time to help me with tech issues outside of their normal ball park. Let to a great solution and new knowledge that’ll be of great help in the future. 10/10. Guy who helped me was also wearing an LTT hoodie, so instantly knew he had a really great base knowledge for tech

I went in 11/5 to have windows 10 installed and they told me a website to go to to install it myself. Great service and appreciated not having to pay to get the situation corrected. Great service

Years ago i would have given this place five stars, but my last couple visits have been not so great. They still have a decent selection, but their focus seems to be more of selling and salesmanship. As a developer i am constantly needing hardware, but still for that price ill go to microcenter insteas

Went into Action to have my old computer looked at. It was old and they told me it wasn't worth fixing. No charge. I bought a new one and they spent a couple of hours loading all my info from my old one to the new one. $45
Very honest workers and very reasonable price. I will continue to use them.
