Adriano at ACS Wood Floors LLC was GREAT! He showed up on time to provide us a quote and started the job on the day we agreed upon. We initially wanted to stain our floors but at the last minute we decided we only wanted polyurethane. Adriano was accommodating and was able to make the change order for us effortlessly. The crew that performed the work showed up on time in a marked company van, were professional and very friendly. I called Adriano at least 4 times during the process. Each time he was responsive and listened to our needs and did not make me feel bad for asking questions. Processing payment was smooth and we were provided invoices in a timely manner. Great work. Great people skills. I will be using ACS for my next flooring project. ACS gives you their BEST!

I was in search of a company to refinish my dining room, living room and family room floors. I called ACS floors at 6pm and was so happy the owner, Adriano, answered the phone! He came to my home the following day and his knowledge of refinishing floors gave me the confidence to hire him immediately! His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to start the job a few days later. His workers were incredibly hard working and they put down 3 stain colors on my existing floors so that I could decide the perfect color to use. The entire job took a week because of the rainy weather which impacted how quickly the floors dried but Adriano was in constant contact with me notifying when his team would arrive and finish the job. They were clean, efficient and did a phenomenal job! My husband and I highly recommend ACS for your hardwood flooring needs. My floors are beautiful and I am so happy I used them!
