This is the second time I’ve used Ace Iron Works. This time I had 4 railings installed (versus 2 last time). James Athan is the owner of the business, is prompt and friendly, and is experienced enough to ask all of the pertinent questions for your project. He has a great team of craftsmen and installers.

I called Jim, described the project, and sent some rough measurements and photos of the staircases that needed railings. Not long after our conversation, someone from his team visited the site to take more precise measurements. Soon thereafter, they got working on making the railings off site, and within a reasonable time frame, I was contacted to schedule the install. They diligently installed the hand rails within a few hours. Per my request, they also sent me photos of the completed project. The rails are well made and solid.

Ace Iron Works is organized, polite, and cares about quality. I needed the railings for a rental property for which the city now requires hand rails on the outdoor staircases. I didn’t want wood railings, which require maintenance.

I highly recommend Ace Iron Works. These are wonderful people! Two thumbs up!

I worked with Jim and Ace Iron Works on two projects in 2020 for new custom iron railing installed inside and outside of my home. They designed our beautiful, modern, and clean railings that goes perfectly with the aesthetics my wife and I wanted for our home.

I had an excellent experience working with Jim and his team. They have amazing craftsmanship. They took much care making sure the railings were perfectly measured, aligned, and done on-time within a reasonable timeframe. They also gave me some tips on how to maintain them in case the paint ever gets chipped, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this company.

Jim and his crew did a fantastic job with building us two gorgeous custom window guards for a reasonable price. I found the pattern on the Internet and sent it to Jim, which he could pretty much recreate for our window guards. Also, even though they were 5 weeks out, they finished and installed our window guards within 3 weeks. Overall I’d highly recommend working with Ace Ironworks for custom made iron work.
