I am so happy that Ace hardware is back in our community. This place is great and it is local. It has so many of the tools that you need for your jobs that are local. This place is a complete asset and we are glad to have Ace back.

Ace is NOT the place for your helpful hardware folks. I asked for help and was told, "I'm just the cashier". After wasting time trying to find the product myself, I left empty handed. Luckily, Home Depot did have helpful folk who brought me right to the item I needed.

Excellent service. Polite and friendly staff. I had to travel a considerable distance to pick up an item that only this Ace Hardware had available on the shelf so they made sure to pull it from the shelf and have it ready at the counter when I arrived.

Two employees behind the paint counter pointed me in the right direction to look for what I needed. Found multiple options and made my selection. No waiting at the front register, I was in and out within 5 minutes! All employees very pleasant and helpful.

Busy when I arrived. Aisles are well marked and products are easy to find. Got what I needed. Associates are very helpful. Anastasia answered my question, where are the leaf bags. Right in front of me of course. She happily checked me out and I was on my way. Always come back to Ace!

I look up what I need to purchase to see if it is in stock before I go to the store most of the time. This was the third consecutive time I have gone there and even though the website said it is in stock it was not. I walked the store for about 15 minutes before finally asking an associate where I could find the item. She then told me it is not something in store. The website says it is available for pick up that day for curbside if I chose it in Waterford. She then told me it was like that if I chose to order it and have it come in three days. IF that is the case, please reflect that properly on your website. Being the third time this has happened I do not think I’ll be going there ever again. I’ve also been in retail (including home improvement) for 15 years and am aware how an online inventory system works as well as ordering for curbside and everything else.
